Serving Pink Caviar is currently accepting all major credit cards via Stripe.
For your protection and security, all transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information.

Most orders ship via USPS, FedEx, Laposte, Royal Mail, and Air Mail.

• A shipping confirmation and tracking code will be emailed to each customer within 24 to 48 hours after the item has been shipped.
• Serving Pink Caviar does NOT ship on weekends and holidays.
• Most orders ship the next business day unless the product description states a different shipping time-frame or processing days.
• Shipping varies by the product so please read each item's product description for details. Processing days start the next business day after the purchase date.
• Some items are shipped from different manufacturers and you might get billed if your previous shipping payment doesn’t cover your shipping fees.
• Express Shipping with NO PROCESSING days ships within 1 to 2 business days, if the order is place before 12:00pm central time.
• Express Shipping on most items with processing days does not mean that your item will ship the next business day. It just speeds up the processing days and ships within 2 to 10 business days. When choosing Express Shipping it does not mean all of your items will ship express. Only the items with longer processing days will ship express. The reason all items will not ship express is because most items ship from different manufacturers.
• We are NOT responsible if you do not read the product description. If you have a PO. Box, you will still need to provide a physical address because all of our carriers can not deliver your packages to PO. Boxes because of USPS rules and regulations.
• Shipping charges are nonrefundable!
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.
When an address is unconfirmed we must go through a security check to ensure that you are the authorize credit card holder. If the shipping address you provided does not match what your credit card company has on file or doesn't match the billing address. In addition to, if your order has multiple names. You will be asked to send in your State issued ID to prove that you are the authorize credit card holder and that you authorized us to ship your items to an address that's not on file with your credit card company. You can scan, fax, or take a picture with your mobile phone of your State issued ID and email it to us and we can then process your order.

• You can take a picture of your State issued ID with your MOBILE PHONE and email it to us at email@example.com.
If you decide not to comply with our security check you will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days after your response is received. If you do not respond within 7 to 10 business day after the purchase date. We will send you a refund for failure to reply. Your processing days start the next business day after your State issued ID is received.
We are NOT responsible for any delays that may hold up your purchase being process.
Example: If you receive an email in reference to a request for your State issued ID to confirm your address. If you do not respond for 5 days. Your processing days does not start until we receive the requested information. Orders can not be cancelled for failure to reply.

All sales are final. No Exceptions. Some unused items can be returned for an exchange or online store credit only within 7 business days of delivery. Items that are MADE TO ORDER | FINAL SALE are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable usually you will see this typed in the product description. On SALE and Promotional Code items are FINAL SALE. You will not receive a refund for your shipping fees on returns and exchanges. After 7 business days, no orders will be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Please have your name, order number, and reason for return in the email. We'll email you back within 24 to 72 hours and let you know if your order is eligible for an return or an exchange. Please do NOT mail packages back until we provide you with the correct shipping address. If you are eligible for an exchange, please specify your desired item. You MUST also email the return tracking number to email@example.com to ensure receipt of the package. ServingPinkCaviar.com is not responsible for returns without emailed tracking numbers. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fees of an exchanged or returned item. New shipping charges will be billed to you via PayPal once the exchange is processed. Please allow one week for store credits and exchanges from the time we receive the package. The maximum of two exchanges are allowed per order.
If there was an error with your order, or you received defective merchandise, please inform us as soon as possible. Damaged or incorrect items are the only returns that qualify for a return label. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For damaged merchandise, please email a photo. Domestic/US Customers: Returns can be made within 7 business days of product delivery; within 7 business days for exchanges.
Additional info for items being returned/exchanged:
• Must be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx delivery.
• Tracking codes are mandatory.
• Customer are responsible for shipping expenses.
• Receipts should also be return with your package with a written statement stating "store credit" or the item you would like to exchange the returned item for.
• Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable items are MADE TO ORDER items, clearance items, and promotional code items. They are all final sale!
If an item is listed as 'back-order' it means that it is currently sold out, but we will be receiving a new shipment of that specific item soon (usually within 4 weeks).
Item’s that say **PRE-ORDER** are coming soon. Pink Caviar will be receiving a shipment of this item within a couple of weeks but to ensure you receive your item pre-purchase it. Instead of seeing the SOLD-OUT sign over and over again. Pre-purchasing back-order items guarantees you to get your item once it’s available again.
• Some items are ONLY available for 'pre-order' because of high demand products or frequently made products. Send an email to email@example.com if you would like to pre-order a sold out item. After pre-ordering your item(s), the payment will immediately be deducted from your account and your order will be processed. Please allow up to 1-4 weeks from purchase date before your order is shipped. Pre-Order items are non-refundable unless they are damaged.
*Domestic/US Customers: If your full order includes a mix of available and pre-order items, the available ones will be shipped immediately.
